Having duplicate shaders WILL cause you problems so check the Shaders folder AND any subfolders within the Shaders folder for shaders you may have downloaded to make sure there aren’t any duplicates. One problem people tend to have a lot is duplicate MultiLUT shaders. While you’re in your Bin folder, its a good time to check your Shaders folder for duplicate shaders.
